All fantasy-related player salaries, player usage statistics, historical player performance, stadium weather, lines, odds, betting percentages, betting systems, fantasy trends, fantasy systems, fantasy angles, homerun rate predictions, pitcher strikeout rate predictions, stadium trends, picks, articles, text, graphics, user interfaces, Slack content, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, podcasts, and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned by Fantasy Team Advisors or its licensors.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, Web site or another medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Fantasy Team Advisors’ express prior written consent.

By posting your pictures and videos, you grant Fantasy Team Advisors.com “a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any [IP] content that you post on or in connection with FantasyTeamAdvisors.com (“IP License”). You also grant “each user of the Service a non-exclusive license to access your Content through the Service, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such Content as permitted through the functionality of the Service and under these Terms of Service. The above licenses granted by you in media Content you submit to the Service terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you remove or delete your media from the Service provided that any sub-license by Slack and FantasyTeamAdvisors.com to use, reproduce or distribute the Content prior to such termination may be perpetual and irrevocable.”

You agree that Fantasy Team Advisors reserves the right, without prejudice to its other rights, to suspend or terminate your use of the Site at any time where Fantasy Team Advisors has determined, in its sole discretion that the use of the Site by you is, or was, in breach of these Terms of Use. ACCORDINGLY, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS OR REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO FANTASY TEAM ADVISORS AND WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, FANTASY TEAM ADVISORS AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE MAY TERMINATE OR RESTRICT ACCESS YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICES. In particular, access to our team chat forums is considered a privilege of membership rather than a right. FantasyTeamAdvisors maintains the right at its sole discretion to remove any members from the forums for reasons such as disruptive behavior, threatening, bullying, or attacking subscribers or staff. In addition, users will be removed for using offensive language as determined by the staff. Users removed from slack will continue to have access to all of the tools on the website and will not be refunded their membership dues.

3a. Subscriptions
Purchases
All purchases of Fantasy Team Advisors products and services from us (including, without limitation, subscription memberships) are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. By purchasing any services from us, you represent and warrant that you have the authority and right to use the payment method selected by you and that such payment has sufficient credit or funds available to complete the purchase. If you believe someone has gained unauthorized access to your Account or used your Account without your permission, you must notify us within 45 days of the charge date by emailing us at SUPPORT.
Recurring Subscriptions
Subscriptions will automatically recur at your chosen rate (monthly or every twelve months) using your preferred method of payment until canceled. No refunds are permitted except with respect to any statutory warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited by law. In the event of a cancellation, your FTA+ membership license will be available for the remainder of the paid billing cycle. All Sales for Digital Content or Services are Final.
