Every NBA game today with its spread, moneyline, game total and, most usefully for lineup building, the implied team total behind each side. The lines update live through the day, so the board is always current up to tip.
Why implied team totals matter more than the spread. A game total tells you how many points the market expects in the game. The implied team total splits that between the two teams, and that split is what drives fantasy scoring. A road underdog implied for 116 points is a better target than its spread alone would suggest.
How to read the board
Each game shows the tip time, both spreads, both moneylines and each team’s implied total. The favorite is picked out in gold, and the chip in the corner tags the game shape: a shootout at a total of 234 or more, a grind at 220 or less, average in between. Win percentage is taken from the two moneylines with the bookmaker’s margin removed, so the pair adds to 100. Use the Today and Tomorrow buttons to look ahead.
The second tab ranks every team on the slate by implied total, which is the fastest way to find the offenses the market likes before you start building. Shootouts are where tournament ceilings come from, while grinds tend to suppress everyone on the floor.
