1. What we provide
Fantasy Team Advisors offers DFS research, projections, tools, and content for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook and do not accept wagers.
2. No guarantees
Our content, projections, and tools are opinions and analysis. We do not guarantee any outcome, profit, or winning result. DFS and sports betting involve risk, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions and any money you play.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 (or your jurisdiction’s legal age) and located where DFS and sports betting are legal. You are responsible for knowing and following your local laws.
4. Memberships and billing
FTA+ is offered through several membership options: FTA+ Monthly ($29/month), FTA+ Annual ($199/year), a Lifetime Pass ($499.99 one-time), and BaconLab Weekly ($9.99/week). Recurring plans (monthly, annual, and weekly) automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The Lifetime Pass is a single one-time payment with no recurring charges.
You may cancel a recurring membership at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period, and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our tools, projections, or content, or to share your account credentials.
6. Intellectual property
All content, tools, and branding on the Site are owned by Fantasy Team Advisors or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Third-party links
We link to third parties (including affiliate partners). We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that projections will be accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantasy Team Advisors is not liable for any losses (including gambling losses), damages, or claims arising from your use of the Site.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
