Capping total projected ownership at 100 percent costs 36.3 points of projection and removes 112 points of ownership. The extra roster spot makes that trade harsher than it was at five, because the cheapest way to stay under the cap is a near punt in the last seat. Right in a large field, wrong in a small one.
