Gerrit Cole vs Chicago White Sox

Gerrit Cole is the current AL CY frontrunner and now gets a great matchup against a Chicago White Sox team that has a combined ISO of .146 which ranks 23rd out of 30. Cole has actually been a great pitcher both on the road and at home. As the visiting pitcher, he has allowed only 3 HRs in 55.2 innings with 57 Ks while sporting a 1.02 WHIP, .216 BAA, 2.26 ERA, and averaging 20.9 FPPG on DraftKings. He’s also $1,500 less than Strider on this slate as well.

Spencer Strider @ Pittsburgh Pirates

Strider has been an absolute BEAST this year. He comes into this fantastic match-up with a 12-3 record, 3.61 ERA, 208 K and now gets to face a Pirates’ team that is sporting a .137 ISO which ranks 25th in the MLB. He’s super expensive, but he could be in store for 13+Ks as PIT is currently striking out 21.7% of the time.
